Precautions:

Do you provide tracking information?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The fountain is beautiful. works fine, but the store forgot to put the ball. I'll be glad if the seller sends it.
Kommt sehr schnell und sehr gut verpackt,aber nicht mir 5 min zu verstanden dass die Ladekabel und den Ball sind unter den Packung gepackt. Besser Verkäufer kann ein Liste geschrieben drauf lassen mit Info dass die Kabel und Ball unten sind versteckt. Sonst Produkt ist sehr gut,funktioniert,sehr hübsch macht uns glücklich. Einfach zum Verbinden den Kabel hattet ein Ding mit Fuß dass steckt sich in Wasser(vibriert) den blinkte Chip ist für den Ball mach auch rein beim Wasserpumpe und schon fertig. Empfehlen
