We reply to all emails within 24 to 48 hours so if you are not getting our email replies, your ISPs (Internet Service Providers) or mail service providers like Yahoo! and Hotmail must have blocked our replies or moved them to the Junk Mail folder. If you do not check your mail regularly, the chances are our replies have been deleted.
We send a confirmation email immediately after you have successfully placed an order with us. If you do not receive it, it’s a good indication that our emails are blocked. We also send a notification when your order has been shipped.
If you’re not getting our e-mails, you have to “whitelist” us in your email program, mail service, spam filter, and ISP. Add our email address to your Contact List or Address Book. Always allow us in your Safe List.
Each email client has its own configuration so please try to take a look at your Email Client help desk system or ISP.
