Do you provide tracking information?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The bracelet looks really nice, I bought this for my daughter, it has an elastic string that holds the beads together, so it stretches over the hand to get on the wrist. I measured her wrist before ordering and it's a perfect fit! Shipping was a bit slow, but I think I got the free shipping, so I can't really complain about that. I think it took between 6-7 weeks to get to me from the time I ordered, so keep that in mind. Of course this is during the corona virus shutdown, so I'm not if sure if that affected shipping.
