Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

I was very stupid to buy the type without an atomizer. I saw that other people bought the atomizer type. It was very beautiful. I might buy another atomizer ,in order to make my product the same as others customer. It will be more perfect.
The packaging is perfect,product is not damaged, there is a sound of flowing water when open it, which sounds great, exactly the same as the picture and description, the only dissatisfaction is that it is a little troublesome when changing the water, but it does not affect my love it.
